Welcome to the Regional Development Alliance, Inc.(RDA) Web Site

The RDA is a private, non-traditional business finance corporation located in Idaho Falls, Idaho. We manage a sizeable regional business investment fund and a micro business loan program. We also manage a smaller loan fund on behalf of Bonneville County and the City of Idaho Falls. In addition to managing business investment funds, we also serve as the Community Reuse Organization (CRO) for the Idaho National Laboratory (INL).

Business Investment

Our business investment funds are available to every stage of business – including start-ups, mature corporations and everything in between. We consider applications for funding from nearly every industry sector.

In addition to our standard loan program, we also offer a micro-loan program designed for start-up businesses needing small amounts of cash to get going.

Community Reuse Organization (CRO)

As the CRO for the Idaho National Laboratory, we receive excess personal property from the Laboratory and use it to assist businesses that are in a growth mode.

Global Nuclear Energy Partnership (GNEP)

In addition to the above, in late 2006 we received a federal grant through the U.S. Department of Energy (DOE) to perform certain site qualification studies related to the Global Nuclear Energy Partnership (GNEP). Through this Web site, you can access information on GNEP, leave comments for us and find up-to-date notices and news.
